Reviews of my Curious Minded Travellers

With it only just over a week since the release of my book, A Guide to Dark Attractions in the UK, I am thrilled with the response of support and those who have purchased a copy of my book and those who have left some outstanding reviews.

It is very strange after 3 years of working on my book to see it being photographed in people’s homes and with their collections. To see people photograph my book like a sacred possession, means so much to me.

I would like to share with you some of the reviews and pictures that I have received from those who have purchased a copy of my book. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better reviews; it makes all of the extra details and 3am moments of thoughts of design ideas worthwhile.

I would like to thank everyone who has supported be over the last week and purchased a copy and shared about it across their social media platforms, it will continue to motivate me to share a different aspect to British history. Thank You!

I look forward to reading and sharing the many other reviews that are written about my book.

I've been looking for something like this book for a while. Often find myself googling for hours to find interesting places - with the book it's all to hand! Very well set out, easy to find and the places are well described. Can't wait to start visiting more of the places. The design and layout is great too! Excellent work by the author and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for obscure places to visit.

I was so excited to receive "A Guide to Dark Attractions in the UK." I'm a lover of history as well as the paranormal, so this was a perfect find to educate myself on 300 of the most interesting locations in the U.K. I love to travel and plan to study this guide and to bring it with me when I get a chance to tour the United Kingdom.

Leon McAnally is so thorough in his research and the colour photographs are inspiring and just make the temptation to explore these locations that much stronger. If you are a lover of history (even the darker side of things) this is must have collection of locations to add to your library.

Whether you live in the UK or not, make sure you grab your copy. We've already had friends and guests browse its pages, which have sparked some interesting discussions about that country's history and the importance of historical preservation.

Don't wait, grab your copy now!

I love this! Been waiting a while for it to be released & it doesn’t disappoint. Really well ordered by region. Lots of pictures & great descriptions of what & where to see. Everything from big days out to little, often missed corners of UK. Can’t wait to get my spook on properly.
